GOED3D.NL Returns Policy
Overview
Our returns and refunds policy is designed in accordance with Dutch consumer law.
You have the right to withdraw from an order within 14 days of receipt. To exercise this right, please use the withdrawal form.
You will find the withdrawal form here.
For some products, we offer a goodwill option for up to 30 days after purchase. After this period, we cannot guarantee a full refund or exchange.
Return Policy
To be eligible for a return, the product must
- are unused and in the same condition as when received
- must be returned in the original packaging.
Exclusions from returns
Certain products cannot be returned, such as:
Downloadable software products cannot be returned once the download has started, if the consumer has given prior consent.
When returning an item, we require proof of purchase or an invoice.
Partial refund situations
In some cases, only a partial refund can be made:
Products that are not in their original condition, are damaged or are missing parts for reasons not caused by us.
Products returned later than 30 days after receipt.
Refund
Once we've received and inspected your return, you'll receive a confirmation email. This email will indicate whether the refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically credited back to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or missing refund
If you have not received a refund after these steps, please check your bank account again first.
Then, please contact your bank or credit card company, as it can sometimes take some time for the refund to be officially processed.

Clearance and B-Stock items
B-Stock items cannot be returned or refunded.
Exchange
We only exchange products if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange a defective product for the same item, please send an email to info@goed3d.nl
Gifts
If the product was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of your return.
If the product was not marked as a gift or was sent by the giver to themselves, the refund will be made to the giver and they will be informed of the return.

Return shipping costs are generally at your expense, unless we expressly state otherwise. If you withdraw from the entire order within the statutory withdrawal period, the original standard shipping costs will be reimbursed.
In the event of a full return within the statutory withdrawal period, the initial standard shipping costs will be reimbursed.
Returning an item is at your own risk. Therefore, please keep your shipping receipt with track & trace safe, as without this proof we cannot proceed with a refund or exchange of the product in the event of loss.
Delivery times for an exchanged product may vary depending on your location.
Defective products
If a product is defective upon receipt or develops a defect within the statutory warranty period, you are entitled to a free replacement.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal for the entire order within the statutory 14-day period, you are entitled to a refund of the purchase price including the original standard shipping costs. This only applies to products returned in their original condition and packaging.
