General Terms and Conditions
Our products are printed with a 3D printer.
The items are made of PLA or PLA+ (Polylactic Acid). This material is a bioplastic and is made from renewable resources such as corn starch, sugar cane, sugar beet and cassava.
PLA(+) softens when exposed to sunlight for a long time. Choose PLA for prints that will be used primarily indoors.
If you want a print of UV/Weather resistant material, choose PETG (currently only black and white) instead of PLA
In 3D printed products, the structure (in layers) is sometimes visible from close by. From a distance, this is not or hardly noticeable.
A 3D printer cannot print "in the air." Therefore, round objects or products with protruding shapes are printed with supports. These supports are removed during post-processing. Especially with round objects that require support printing, uneven surfaces are sometimes visible. This is inherent to 3D printing and is virtually impossible to prevent.

Shipping: Flat items are shipped in a bubble envelope to ensure they arrive undamaged. The total weight is usually over 20 grams, so shipping costs start at €2.62.
Some small items do fit in a small envelope. If the total weight remains below 20 grams, the shipping costs are lower. See shipping costs in the shopping cart
Large flat objects are sent with a letterbox package (38x26.5x3.2) provided the print fits within these dimensions.
Prints larger than 38x26.5x3.2 will be sent with PostNL parcel post
Prices are determined by preparation time, material, size and printing time. Larger products obviously require more material but also take longer to print.
On request, some products can be printed in larger or smaller variations than the original. Please inquire about the possibilities.
The right of withdrawal is excluded for products manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or clearly intended for a specific person (custom-made and personalized products, such as busts and nameplates with custom text), in accordance with Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code.
B-stock
At Goed3D.nl, we strive for the most perfect print possible. Sometimes minor imperfections occur, but the print is still beautiful. We sell these as B-stock at reduced prices. B-stock products are beautiful prints with small imperfections that are visible up close.
Colors may differ from the photo examples. The boats on the color samples page give the best color indication

Printing errors and obvious website errors excepted. We do our best to keep our website as up-to-date as possible. If a configuration error occurs and you don't see shipping costs with your order, we reserve the right to charge you for them. If you disagree, we will refund your purchase price and you can cancel your purchase.
All products on this website are intended for light hobby use only. They are not toys and are not suitable for children under 14 years of age. These products may contain small parts that could pose a choking hazard. The manufacturer assumes no liability for any injury or damage resulting from the use or handling of this product. By using them, you assume full responsibility for their safe use and agree to indemnify the manufacturer from any claims or liabilities arising from such use.
Our returns and refunds policy is designed in accordance with Dutch consumer law.
You have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receipt. Please refer to the cancellation form for this.
